hey guys pls help me to resolve a very annoyng problem

Keyboard Driver Problems: There may be a problem with the keyboard driver that causes the keys to behave abnormally.
Keyboard hardware failure: There may be a hardware failure in the keyboard itself, especially in the circuitry associated with the Fn key.

Update keyboard driver: Please visit “Device Manager” to locate the keyboard device and check if there is a driver update available.
Check Keyboard Settings: Check the keyboard's Repeat Keystroke settings in the Control Panel to make sure that no settings are enabled that could cause this issue.
Reset the keyboard: If the keyboard is external, try unplugging and resetting it. If the keyboard is internal, consider restarting the computer or try booting in Safe Mode.
Check system and software: Check for recent system updates or installed software that may be causing this issue and try reverting the changes or uninstalling the software.
