Wrong character encoding in smartscreen Publisher info warning

Hi folks,

I'm an issue with the smartscreen's "More info" warning:

I have accented characters in my code signing certificate.

In Windows 10 that was no problem, the publisher info in the "More info" smartscreen warning was displayed correctly.

However, in Windows 11 the same warning displays question marks instead of the accented characters:
