Windows11 Moving a window to another virtual desktop sometimes causes it to disappear entirely

When attempting to move an open window to another virtual desktop via the right-click menu, the window sometimes disappears from both the source and destination desktops at the same time.

In this case, the window cannot even be accessed through Task Manager. Restarting File Explorer does not restore it.

The window will only reappear after the affected application has been completely restarted.
