Windows11 File Explorer experiences issues when selecting multiple files

When selecting two or more files in Windows 11 File Explorer, the icons of selected files suddenly become blurry. Testing indicates this issue is directly related to the “Details Pane” on the right: closing this pane or switching to the “Preview Pane” prevents the blurring, though it requires retaining the details functionality.
