Windows Web Tool Bundle

Can anyone provide information on the "Windows Web Experience Pack"?

 

I noticed that it was installed via the Microsoft Store, as I saw it in my list of updates.

 

However, when attempting to open it, nothing happens. It appears to be an addon or a similar feature.

    The Windows Web Experience Pack is a system component used to update the Start menu, widgets, and similar features. Should you encounter difficulties opening it, please check for updates in the Microsoft Store library or reset the application.
