Windows Update Error on Dell Inspiron 15 3000 – Unable to Install Update
I am using a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 laptop.
While updating Windows, the update fails with an error.
I have tried restarting and troubleshooting but the issue continues.
Can someone help me fix this?

Restart your laptop and repeatedly press F12 during boot-up (before Windows loads).
In the boot menu, select SupportAssist OS Recovery.
Choose RESET and then RESET and update - This downloads the latest OS image directly from Dell and reinstalls it while keeping your files.
I am unable to reset it after backup, there is showing "unexpected error"
