Windows Time Is Not Automatically Synchronizing

I've found a solution for me. I noticed that neither of the default NTP servers were reachable for some reason. I was getting timed out in both servers.
Then I manually changed it to a NTP server from my own country (Brazil) and it worked perfectly.
Not sure why the default NTPs don't work, but this worked for me :)
