Windows Stopped updating and failed to install updates

I did the 3 times reboot trick and i saw the first flaw
”there is a problem with the device, the device can not be recovered”
this is when i was running the automatic restore in that blue screen program
“can not connect to network”
“Logfile D:windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt
but my windows isn’t even installed on the D drive. In the logfile that was saved in the C drive there were also error codes
0x0 and 0x4c6 with cloud restore
and it couldn’t check AutoChk in D:Windows but that should be obvious because my windows isn’t installed on the D drive
