Windows Sidebar is not installed.

I recently set up a new installation of build 26120.961. I've noticed that the Windows sidebar is missing - it's not present in the Program Files directory. How can I go about installing it? Additionally, I'm facing an issue where I am unable to access Windows Security. What steps should I take to resolve this?

    Win11 has removed the old Windows sidebar. You can simulate similar functions using third-party tools or use widgets as a substitute.
