Windows Refuses to Power Off
Hello everyone, I recently encountered an issue with my PC when I attempted to shut it down yesterday. Instead of shutting down properly, it got stuck in a loop. Restarting the computer works...
Force shutdown, then check Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do to ensure the configuration is correct, and update the motherboard BIOS/chipset driver.
