Windows Recall will not enable
Hello,
I have an Acer Swift 14 (AMD Ryzen ai9) laptop, and i have been trying for a very long time to download windows recall. I spoke to multiple windows tech support agents, and they verified that i am eligible for the download, but for some reason all attempts to enable it (or even to have it show in the setting) fail on my laptop. I have a fully updated Windows 11 26200.9168 OS, and all my drivers are fully updated according to windows. I have run multiple cmd commands (as per the agent's suggestions), but nothing is working. Can someone please give me a definitive solution to this problem?
Thanks in advance,
Jacob

Recall is not a downloadable app; a missing setting usually means a hardware, security, or management prerequisite is unmet. Confirm the Swift is a Copilot+ PC and Task Manager shows an NPU rated at least 40 TOPS. Also confirm 16 GB RAM, eight logical processors, 256 GB storage with 50 GB free, BitLocker, and Windows Hello Enhanced Sign-in Security with biometrics. Open Turn Windows features on or off, select Recall, restart, then check Privacy and security. On domain-joined, managed, Enterprise, or Education devices, Recall is disabled or removed by default; an administrator must allow it before you can opt in. On an unmanaged consumer PC meeting every prerequisite, use Get Help with the Acer model, NPU details, edition, and build. There is no supported software bypass for an unmet prerequisite.

Hi, thanks for the reply. However, I have already confirmed all the requirements to be able to run Recall, and my PC meats all of them. I even reached out to microsoft help twice, and both times they did confirm that my pc should be able to run recall, but they were stumped as to why it wasn't running. they finally suggested downloading an entire new iso, and i did so, but it still has not solved the problem. I would love to hear any suggestions which may solve this, as i am truly stuck. Thank you!
