Hey have you ever found a working solution?
I had it automatically removed because i disabled secure boot 1 time to boot to a linux stick.
After that It was gone gone (not even showing up in turn windows features on or off). After trying a windows repair update it showed up there again but enabling and disabling doesn't bring it back. It downloads files for minutes and says its installed again but it isn't there. Also the "Dism /Online /Enable-Feature /Featurename:Recall" does nothing but say it is istalled.
