Windows login is stuck and showing "Please Wait"

Hi Team,

Some time, Windows login is stuck and showing "Please Wait". We know that it shows only when there is process of installation or configuration is going on in the backend but issue we donot know what process is going on and how much time it will take. Also there is no provision to kill the process. This is kind of frustrating some times because users has to wait more than 1 hour to get it sorted. If this does not resolve also then user has to forcefully shutdown the machine and reopen. Please think on it and work on it.
