Exact same issue with exact same dead ends. NO HELP FROM MICROCRAPWARE!
Wasted $250 on a home license and $350 on a pro license only to have both refuse to activate when I switched between my two pc's. Decided to put home and pro on the opposite rigs and now can't activate either of them. I was going to buy a $20 license from one of those websites but nooooo I decided to go genuine and now wasted my money because after all these years MicroCrap still have constant issues with installation and activation.
