Windows Laptop randomly changes display resolution after reboot

Your laptop loads a lower resolution after each restart, suggesting Windows is not retaining the panel’s native mode or the graphics driver is failing during startup. In Settings > System > Display, select the panel, choose the resolution marked Recommended, and verify scale and refresh rate under Advanced display. Install Windows updates, including display drivers, then restart. In Device Manager, open the display adapter’s Properties > Driver and note its provider and version. If this began after a driver update, use Roll Back Driver; otherwise reinstall the graphics package for the laptop model. Remove any dock or external display, because saved multi-monitor modes can select another resolution.
