Windows.Globalization.dll missing made my windows unusable
I have a Lenovo laptop and today the Windows 11 just went bananas. It says is missing this Windows.Globalization.dll, but I JUST CAN'T USE ANYTHING ON MY LAPTOP! Nothing works, I use shortcut keys an...
P.S. I use the taskbar in suspension, but not even when I press WinKey it appears. I can't even see the actual version I'm using right now.
Edit: Can I remove the Cross Device Resume via cmd?
I was able to save the windows.globalization.dll via edge, opening the USB from the browser. But it's not working
