Windows emoji window
Using the keyboard shortcut [Windows key] + [. key] brings up the emoji window. I am no long able to scroll up or down in the emoji window either using the slider or my mouse scroll button. Any suggestions? Already tried rebooting.

Open Settings > Ease of Access. Look for any settings that might interfere with UI elements or scrolling behavior. Reset or disable any options that could be affecting UI responsiveness.
Ensure your system is fully updated, as updates often fix UI bugs:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Click Check for updates.
- Install any available updates and restart your PC.
Thank you for the reply. That's the first thing she did after she tried a reboot. The emoji popup will come up with the keyboard shortcut, but it is just frozen. She is an 84 year old pensioner in the UK, so a repair install of the OS is out of the question. I've finally told her to locate emojis from a different source. No big deal, just an annoyance!
