Windows emoji window
Using the keyboard shortcut [Windows key] + [. key] brings up the emoji window. I am no long able to scroll up or down in the emoji window either using the slider or my mouse scroll button. Any sug...
Open Settings > Ease of Access. Look for any settings that might interfere with UI elements or scrolling behavior. Reset or disable any options that could be affecting UI responsiveness.
