Windows Defender Blocking Node and Electron Whilst activated

I'm learning about electron desktop apps, but windows defender app, whilst activated it's blocking my node and electron.exe. I tried most solutions in the web but, nobody can help me in this situation. What can I do?

    Open Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection > Protection History.Look for any entries related to node.exe or electron.exe.If they are quarantined, you can choose to restore them and mark them as safe.
