Uninstall the problematic update.
- Back at the Advanced Options screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Uninstall Updates.
- Choose "Uninstall latest quality update" (this is for smaller, regular updates).
- If that doesn't work, go back and try "Uninstall latest feature update" (this is for major version upgrades).
- After it finishes, click Continue to restart.
