Windows asks for Credentials after domain login
I don't know why, but I log into a Windows Active Directory domain. Group policy and drive mappings all apply correctly. Yet every 30 minutes or so a dialog box appears at the bottom of my screen:...
- Press Windows Key + R, type: control.exe /name Microsoft.CredentialManager
- Go to Windows Credentials
- Under Generic Credentials, look for entries related to your domain
- Remove any domain-related credentials
- Add new credential:
- Internet or network address: MicrosoftAccount or your domain name
- User name: DOMAIN\Username (your full domain login)
- Password: Your domain password
