Windows 11system gets stuck on the welcome screen during startup
My Windows 11 laptop recently started booting up slowly, getting stuck on the spinning welcome screen. After reaching the desktop, the taskbar takes an unusually long time to load (requiring waiting or using Win+X to bring it up, though it still doesn't respond). Disabling the WiFi function allows the system to boot up instantly, but previously, when WiFi was enabled, the boot speed was normal.

Windows has a built-in tool to fix common startup problems.
Get to the blue recovery screen (as described in Method 1, steps 1-3: Hold Shift + Click Restart from the sign-in screen).
Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options.
Select Startup Repair. Windows will try to automatically diagnose and fix issues preventing it from starting.
