Windows 11may cause "Insufficient Capacity" failure after removing a physical disk
Note: I can not replicate it, welcome any guidance to replicate it
Settings/System/Storage/Storage Spaces, on Windows 11 (Home OR Pro), the wizard maybe fail if you do things in certain order, and the reason is, its volume requirement is complex and unknown.

Storage Spaces has specific volume and hardware requirements that can cause the wizard to fail if:
Disks are not properly configured or formatted.
The disks are part of existing dynamic volumes or other storage configurations.
The disks are of incompatible sizes or types.
The disks are already part of other storage pools or have existing data that conflicts.
