Windows 11 Why do my Bluetooth headphones keep cutting out randomly?
My Bluetooth headphones work fine on my phone, but on Windows 11, the audio keeps cutting out every few minutes. I’ve tried updating drivers, but it still happens. Any fixes?

Hi PhoenixAdler, because the headphones work fine on your phone, the problem is probably the Windows Bluetooth adapter, power saving, or 2.4 GHz interference. In Device Manager, open the Bluetooth adapter and turn off any power saving option if available. Also update both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi drivers from the PC manufacturer, not only Windows Update, because they often share the same radio chipset. Remove the headphones from Windows, reset pairing on the headphones, then pair again. If you use Wi-Fi on 2.4 GHz, test on 5 GHz because Bluetooth can cut out when the radio environment is noisy.
