Windows 11, VoIP software

This case involves a Windows 11 system using a Focusrite Scarlett audio interface. Experiencing audio crackling issues specifically when using VoIP applications such as Discord and OBS, while general audio playback appears to be unaffected.

Could you please help check if there may be any system-level or audio-related causes? Thanks

    Try plugging your interface into a different USB port, preferably a USB 2.0 port if available, or one that is directly connected to the motherboard (not a hub). This can rule out port-specific power or bandwidth issues.
