Windows 11 version 25h2 disables "Enter" key among others

I updated my laptop this morning before leaving for work, when I got back the "Enter" Key wasn't working. I tried uninstalling all of the keyboard drivers in device manager, and restarting, as well as pausing updates and uninstalling the update I just installed and restarting, as well as uninstalling the drivers after removing the update, the keys still dont work. So far it's the "M", "<", ">", and "Enter" keys that don't work. And I'm on a Dell Latitude 7390
