Since the built-in keyboard does not appear in Device Manager, I would check firmware and recovery paths before spending more time on random drivers. In Windows, open Settings > System > Recovery and use Advanced startup, then see whether the laptop keyboard works in the recovery environment or BIOS/UEFI setup. If it works there, Windows is failing to enumerate it after the upgrade; remove hidden keyboard devices in Device Manager, scan for hardware changes, and install the latest ASUS chipset/ATK or system control package for your exact model. If it does not work in BIOS either, treat it as hardware or firmware rather than a Windows 11 driver issue.
