Windows 11 update

I have a Legion machine. It's been almost a year every time I receive a windows upgrade the keyboard stops working. On Thursday 7/27 ...I received a windows upgrade and the keyboard stopped working again. I have to spend days and weeks removing the keyboard from device manager, or updating drivers, doing system restore point. Right now I don't have a keyboard, since 8am I'm doing a restore on the 27th, which is the date that lets me do it, can you imagine 7 hours ago in this process. Two months ago I removed Microsoft Bing and the keyboard worked, but in this latest Windows upgrade I lost my keyboard again. It's frustrating, I'm 74+ years old, I do some back-office work, my laptop is my tool and believe me, I don't have to go through this headache caused by Windows upgrades. What solution can you recommend that is NOT to remove everything and reinstall, there are programs that I don't have.

Are you using wire keyboard or wireless keyboard?
Do you have access to any other keyboards?

Just to test, is it possible to boot your system into Clean Boot to see if the problem persists?
        Have a look at:
