Windows 11 update stuck on KB5040442

Since it's a 22H2 specific update, I manually updated to 23H2 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11) and that eliminated the need to solve it.

I am on 23H2. Reinstalled it a few weeks ago, after having problems with some previous cumulative update installs. At least doing that sped up my PC a bit, as it kept off programs I no longer needed. Still receiving other OS updates without issues, it's this one that's boot looping for me without being installed.
I tried all of the other solutions outlined in this thread, and none of them work for me. Not going to bother reinstalling again. Hopefully a fix will come soon.
