Since it's a 22H2 specific update, I manually updated to 23H2 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11) and that eliminated the need to solve it.

Hello,

Finally, I actually reinstalled Windows on its partition. Everything is back to normal. I wonder how unsuspecting users can get away with this. 🙂

My pc now wont boot, and tries to self diagnose, fails, then reboots, offers me advanced options, of which one is to shut down. My PC wont boot to anything, least of all windows, and is almost unfixable u

I am on 23H2. Reinstalled it a few weeks ago, after having problems with some previous cumulative update installs. At least doing that sped up my PC a bit, as it kept off programs I no longer needed. Still receiving other OS updates without issues, it's this one that's boot looping for me without being installed.

I tried all of the other solutions outlined in this thread, and none of them work for me. Not going to bother reinstalling again. Hopefully a fix will come soon.
