Windows 11 update stuck at 99%. Computer freezing and crashing.

It has taken 5 hours for the Windows 11 update to get to 99%. Now it’s been 40 mins since the last time I noticed it changed to 99%. I checked to see if the screen is frozen. It’s not, but it is lagging. It’s better than yesterday where the entire computer would freeze around 70% and sometimes crash. I really want the update to complete, what should I do to make this happen?

Update as I’m typing this. It just froze. I just want to update to Windows 11. Why won’t it work?
