Windows 11 Update permanently stuck
Windows 11 Desktop i7 2022
Windows update restarted PC, update failed, undoing update changes is stuck for hours. Power cycled PC several times, always stuck undoing update changes.
How to fix when it is stuck?

Access the Advanced Startup Options, select Safe Mode to boot, then uninstall the latest updates via Settings > Windows Update.
