Windows 11 update error 0x8024a203. We couldn't install this update

1. Run Windows Update Troubleshooter
- Windows has a built-in troubleshooter that can detect and fix common update problems.
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Find Windows Update and click Run.

2. Restart Windows Update Services

I've done everything mentioned in this thread, but now it doesn't even offer me the option to update to 11. I figure previously storage was the issue, but I got that error code and now I can't even update anymore. What do I do? I want to be on 11 but with all of my data
