I got the installation through! I use this method:
Clean Boot Before Running ISO
Booting with minimal services can eliminate interference.
Press Win + R, type msconfig, go to Services tab.
Check Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all.
Go to Startup tab → Open Task Manager → Disable all startup items.
Reboot and run the ISO installer again.
