Hello,
Unfortunately, i7-7700 processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft.
Please check with official Windows 11 list of supported processors:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors
As per Microsoft:
Installing Windows 11 on PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements is not recommended and may result in compatibility issues. If you proceed with installing Windows 11, your PC will no longer be supported and won't be entitled to receive updates.

Again, as Microsoft,
Devices that do not meet the minimum system requirements had 52% more kernel mode crashes. Devices that do meet the minimum system requirements had a 99.8% crash free experience.

KapilArya So systems that meet the requirements are 99.8% crash free, and systems that don't experience 52% more crashes, meaning the systems that don't meet requirements are 99.7% crash free? My processor can run anything under the sun, yet Microsoft wants to tell me Windows 11 can't be run on it, even though it has been proven to work. Yes there are workarounds to install it, but I will then have an unsupported system. Thanks Microsoft for the great user experience.
