Windows 11 Taskbar cannot be placed vertically on the side of the screen

The Windows 11 task bar cannot be moved to the sides or the top of the screen. It's a big problem for usability. Fix this ASAP, it has been in your code from Windows 95 all the way through Windows 10. Why can't you add it now?
