Windows 11 system has minimal sound distortion.

Has anyone encountered the issue of low volume when playing back audio recordings in Windows 11? When switching back to the previous version, Home Edition 22H2, the volume returns to normal, but switching to the Professional Edition does not resolve the issue. Has anyone encountered this issue? Please advise on how to resolve it.
