Windows 11 Switch monitor display positions via cmd line or apps

I need to quickly switch between two monitor setups (main below secondary / main beside secondary) on Windows 11, without manual settings. Any scripts or tools for convenience?

    You can write a PowerShell script that uses DisplaySwitch.exe for basic toggling, or more advanced scripts using third-party tools.
