Windows 11 stuck in insert external storage loop
Windows 11 is stuck in a loop with "Please insert external storage media and press OK" on boot, can't operate normally. Need solutions.
Boot into BIOS settings, ensure hard drive is given first preference.
Disconnect any external devices such as USB.
