Windows 11 Stability and Compatibility Failures Impacting Professional Use

As a professional user relying on Windows for industrial and commercial applications, I must express deep dissatisfaction with the current state of Windows 11. The operating system has become increasingly unstable and unreliable, particularly in the following areas:
•     Driver Failures: Asix drivers for the EX-44001 parallel card cannot be installed or removed properly. This breaks compatibility with essential legacy hardware.
•     Macro Instability: Office macros no longer function consistently, disrupting automated workflows critical to business operations.
•     Update Disasters: Updates like KB5063878 have caused system instability, failed installations, and even data loss—yet they continue to be pushed to users.
•     Support Deficiencies: Microsoft’s support pages are riddled with outdated or incorrect information, leaving users without clear guidance.
•     Loss of Legacy Support: Serial and parallel port functionality has degraded, making Windows 11 unsuitable for industrial environments.
•     Lack of Transparency: There is little communication about known issues, and fixes are slow or incomplete.
Windows 10 provided a stable, professional-grade platform. Windows 11, by contrast, feels like it was designed for casual home use, with little regard for the needs of business and industry. This shift has had a negative impact on productivity, reliability, and trust.
I urge Microsoft to:
•     Reinstate full legacy hardware support
•     Improve macro reliability and documentation
•     Halt rollout of unstable updates until thoroughly tested
•     Provide clearer, more accurate support resources
•     Offer a professional-grade version of Windows 11 or extend support for Windows 10 LTSC
This is not just a request—it’s a plea from users who rely on Windows to do serious work. Please take this feedback seriously.
