Windows 11 Settings app freezes for about 30 sec when anything is clicked.

As stated in the title, whenever I open my settings app and press any of the tabs on the left, it switches to the tab and nothing is clickable for approximately 30 seconds. I've already tried scanning for corrupted files and restarted the system. I am suspicious about the loading cloud storage on the home page being the culprit because it always loads and then says "Something happene, and we couldn't laod your storage details. Wait a bit, then try again." I also created a new Windows user and the settings app worked as intended.
