Windows 11 runs slower than Windows 10?

For a normal device with Intel i5 12th GEN, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD. Windows 11 is a bit slower than Windows 10, especially opening the file explorer.

I don't understand why it works slower even though i have the necessary specs to run Windows 11.

Is it a common case or just for me?
