Windows 11 resizing windows on screen wake, after 24h2 install

I suggest right click on the desktop and select display settings and make sure the resizing is off as Windows defaults to 150% or more even on 1920x1080 panels on laptops. Its worse on higher resolution panels.
Yeah, the default is 2550x1600 with 165 for refresh rate. 150% is absolutely necessary to see anything on screen.
