How to create a Windows 11bootable rescue disk

1. Go to the official Microsoft site:

https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

2. Download the Media Creation Tool.

3. Run the tool, select "Create installation media for another PC", and click Next.

4. Choose language and edition (default is fine for most users).

5. Select USB flash drive, choose your USB, then click Next.

6. Wait for the tool to finish creating the bootable USB.

7. Boot the problematic PC from the USB to access Advanced Repair Options or clean install Windows 11.
