Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview Greyed Out Options After Total PC Reset On Build 29648.1000

I did a total reset after switching around setting security settings and had to reset my PC to get the security settings back and now my build options are greyed out on Canary Channel, Dev Channel, Beta Channel and Release. It is saying on winver I am on Dev build but can't go on Canary Channel. When I updated to the channel I am on it was set on Experimental Future Platforms before the reset, if that helps any.
