Windows 11 Pro Explorer Problem

After update 2023-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031354), the left explorer panel, tree, start to act up. Sometime with out the explorer being selected, the left panel tree will reset to the bottom of the whole tree and not go back to the folder open in the right panel. The only way to get the left panel to start working again is scroll up in the left panel and click on the folder it was at. I have tried clicking on the folder in the address bar, but nothing happen. Normally if I click on a folder in the address bar, the left panel go to that folder.

Any suggestion other than uninstalling the update.
