Windows 11 Pro boot time and diagnostic lights

hello everyone i have an hand built  pc but when i boot it up **bleep** takes quiet a time and diagnostic  lights go from red, amber quickly then it stays on white for a bit then either half goes onto green or stays on white boot is slow

i have tried everything in the book to no avail i'm hoping maybe one of you guys have experience this and have a resolution.

i have windows 11 Pro 24H2 all updates are done clean install of 11 guid file format

    Look up what the LED indicators mean for your specific motherboard model. This is crucial because different boards have different codes.

    Since you’re on Windows 11, it’s unlikely the OS affects initial boot diagnostics, but ensure firmware and drivers are up to date after fixing hardware. If you recently installed new hardware, double-check compatibility.
