hi All

as at Dec 2023 I have upgraded both ny Windows 10 and 11 pcs and loaded an older version of Dymo software 8.5.4 and both pcs can access and printer to my LabelWriter Duo without issue.

So it could point to an issue with the latest Dymo Connect software as well as MS

Dymo connect only works with the new duo 450, not the old model. We had both and both didn't work until a recent windows update. But now everything works fine for both the regular duo and the duo 450, using their specific software suite.
