Windows 11 Printer Issue - DYMO LW450 DUO is not installing correctly/entirely

I tried it but still no joy. When I try to print to this added printer (listed as a virtual device) Win11 just reports the printer is not connected.
The original tape printer (installed by the Dymo Connect software) is shown as "Disconnected".
It's a pity this situation exists but I'm resigned to the fact that I only have a label printer and no tape printer. I can live with it.

Initially I had the same - it was virtual device on my DYMO Connect Software and listed as "Unspecified" in the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers.
Can you check if your system detects this printer (in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers)?
If it does, I may do some screenshots as how I made it work, if that'd be any help.
