Windows 11 Printer Issue - DYMO LW450 DUO is not installing correctly/entirely

I got it working by creating a Virtual Machine with VMware player, installed windows 8.1 x64, installed the Dymo software. And now it works like a charm. But pretty crazy that you need a VM to run your printer. (Works both with the old Duo and the new Duo 450, and the old and new software)

    Ich habe jetzt eine Lösung für mich gefunden, so dass die Etiketten wie Klebeband funktionieren.
    Zunächst einmal ist es sehr traurig, dass Kunden ihre eigenen Lösungen finden müssen, ich weiß nicht, wer die größere Ursache des Problems ist Microsoft oder Dymo 😞
    Also nun zu meiner Lösung:
    Meine Frau bekam einen neuen kleinen PC (vor ca. 1 Jahr) und ihr alter PC würde durch einen Fujitsu Esprimo Q900 Core i5 2520M 2.50 GHz durch einen Q920 ersetzt.
    Auf dem alten Q900 war noch Windows 10 Version 1909 Build 18363.1082 drauf.
    Ich habe alle Netzwerke deaktiviert, sodass es nicht aktualisiert werden kann. Ich habe die Dymo-Software installiert und alle beiden Drucker funktionieren.
    Ja, es ist nicht die beste Lösung, aber ich habe dieses lästige Ding nicht mehr.
    Und warum muss ich einen neuen Dymo kaufen, dass es unter Windows 11 funktioniert, das sehe ich überhaupt nicht.
    Ich stehe zu meiner Meinung, dass Microsoft und Dymo eine gemeinsame Sache machen, so dass neue Hardware verkauft wird, es ist lächerlich, dass diese großen Unternehmen keine Lösung finden können.
    Wie gesagt, Dymo-Hardware wird in Zukunft nicht mehr für mein Büro gekauft und ich werde mir Windows 11 von Microsoft genauer ansehen. Wenn es wieder Probleme verursacht, werde ich dann überlegen, zu Apple oder Linux zu wechseln, obwohl ich absolut keine Bindung zu beiden habe.

      I have now found a solution for me so the labels work like tape.
First of all it's very sad that customers have to find their own solutions, I don't know who is the bigger cause of the problem Microsoft or Dymo :(
So now to my solution:
My wife got a new small PC (about 1 year ago) and her old PC would be replaced with a Fujitsu Esprimo Q900 Core i5 2520M 2.50GHz Q920.
The old Q900 still had Windows 10 Version 1909 Build 18363.1082 on it.
I have disabled all networks so it cannot be updated. I installed the Dymo software and both printers work.
Yes, it's not the best solution, but I don't have this annoying thing anymore.
And why do I have to buy a new Dymo that it works on Windows 11, I don't see that at all.
I stand by my opinion that Microsoft and Dymo are doing something together so that new hardware is being sold, it's ridiculous that these big companies can't find a solution.
As I said, Dymo hardware will no longer be purchased for my office in the future and I will be looking more closely at Windows 11 from Microsoft. If it causes problems again, I'll then consider switching to Apple or Linux, although I have absolutely no commitment to either.
